TIPS to BOOST YOUR MENTAL HEALTH
- Track things you are grateful for in a journal each day
- Set up a getaway even if it is an inexpensive trip to walk near the ocean or have a picnic
- Work on your strengths and try to keep building your self confidence
- Try to get at least 7.5 hours sleep
- Experiment with new hobbies
- Show some love to someone in your life
- Color something and let your mind relax
- Dance in your home to your favorite music
- Take a long walk outside
- Relax in a warm bath
- Smile more
- Try to get outside at least once a day even for a few minutes come rain or shine !
