TIPS to help BOOST your Mental Health


  1. Track things you are grateful for in a journal each day
  2. Set up a getaway even if it is an inexpensive trip to walk near the ocean or have a picnic
  3. Work on your strengths and try to keep building your self confidence
  4. Try to get at least 7.5 hours sleep
  5. Experiment with new hobbies
  6. Show some love to someone in your life
  7. Color something and let your mind  relax
  8. Dance in your home to your favorite music
  9. Take a long walk outside
  10. Relax in a warm bath
  11. Smile more
  12. Try to get outside at least once a day even for a few minutes come rain or shine !
