Belle Mente is happy to welcome clients who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, intersex, asexual, pansexual who may feel confused, lost, or are trying to better understand how to navigate family, friendship, work and intimate relationships. Clinicians at Bella Mente have found that some of the struggles involved in coming out, coming to terms with transformation, and how to maneuver with confidence in the “public world” has become an area that requires incredible courage on the part of the client and have welcomed many of these clients to Bella Mente.
It is a safe and non-judgmental environment where you can share your inner most concerns and fears, as well as receive advice, guidance and support. We are happy to have unofficially paired with a local community agency who has a transgender program consisting of over 400 people, and have dedicated ourselves to welcoming in anyone from this group as an extension of their wonderful program, for those who are in need of longer term counseling services.
