Hi! My name is Nicole Senechal and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Bella Mente Counseling LLC! I have a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Rhode Island College and have also received a Certification in Graduate Studies in Co-occurring Mental Health and Substance use Disorders. I have a diverse background in providing home-based, outpatient and hospital treatment to children, families, and adults with behavioral and mental health diagnoses. I am a trauma-informed clinician with the ability to treat a variety of concerns including addiction, stress, life transitions, grief, mood concerns, behavioral challenges, and relationship issues. I use a variety of modalities that are tailored to your specific needs including dialectic behavioral therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), psychodynamic, and motivational interviewing (MI). My role is to provide a safe place for you to explore your strengths and areas in which you want to grow. Together, we can begin to develop boundaries, increase self-esteem, and improve your relationship with yourself and others in your life.
