Sometimes having these feelings can overcome our defensive techniques and overwhelm us. We will talk about you and your needs. I will help you to identify your strengths and build upon them.
We can try multiple types of techniques (CBT,ACT, MI, DBT, Mindfulness) and work on identifying the techniques that work for you.
While building your self/worth and developing skills you will become confident and successful in achieving your mental health/addiction goals.
I have worked with children, adolescents and adults. I have collaborated with outside services and worked on grants to provide services and collaborate treatment goals by providing support based on a client’s need.
