Hello! My name is Cynthia and I graduated from Johnson and Wales University with my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2024. I completed my practicum and internship at both East Coast Mental Wellness and Existential Counseling and Consulting Services. I take a person-centered approach, allowing my clients the space to express their emotions, thoughts and feelings. Taking that first step to begin therapy is the hardest step – and I am so glad you’re here! I have experience working with adolescents and adults, particularly those with anxiety, depression, life transitions and work and school stress. I can’t wait to meet you! I hope to work with you through the challenges you are facing and help you become a better you.
