My name is Andrea Agajanian. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I recently joined the Bella Mente team to get back to my roots and to start doing the work I enoy so much, which is direct therapy. I have been a lead therapist and a Clinical Supervisor in the past. As a Clinical Supervisor I support other therapists and help them provide appropriate therapy for their clients.
I believe that therapy is not a cookie cutter, we all need something different for different stages of life. I adapt my therapy to meet the client’s needs, we are all different not one style of therapy works for all. I also believe the next generation of therapists need to have access to techniques, experiences, and knowledge to keep therapy evolving and improving.
I have experience working with individuals from ages 3- 85 with multiple therapeutic needs. I have experience with trauma, physical abuse, domestic violence, special needs, dual diagnosis, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, individual therapy, and family therapy.
