I believe that the best therapeutic relationship is brought about by a joint effort and commitment of both counselor and client. Individuals know themselves better than anyone, and I emphasize a Rogerian and client-centered approach to foster growth and insight into the clients I serve. I teach my clients Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills to better assist them with anxiety, depression, and communication needs. My educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree from Framingham State University and a Master’s of Education from Cambridge College, minor of Trauma Studies. I obtained my LMHC in September of 2018. I work with primarily adults and teens, some couples counseling as well. I greatly look forward to taking a journey toward better mental health with you.
