Meghan is a Mental Health Counselor at Bella Mente Counseling. She received her Bachelor of Science in Health Education from Rhode Island College and her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health and Rehabilitation Counseling from Salve Regina University. She brings 20 years of experience teaching and mentoring adolescents and adults to her practice. She has taught K-12th graders health and physical education. She has counseled individuals, families, and couples. She has facilitated adult groups for social skills, career counseling, and cardiac patients.
Meghan has numerous health, nutrition, and fitness certifications. She did extensive training with a stress management specialist, nutritionist, exercise physiologist, and psychologist while working in cardiac rehab. She is also a professional athlete with many years of competitive experience. She enjoys guiding her clients to feel more at ease in their situation while collaborating with them to make a plan for their progress.
