Hi! My name is Martha and I have been working in the mental health field for about 11 years. I received my undergraduate degree in psychology from Assumption College in Worcester and then I went on to receive my Master’s degree in Counseling from Eastern Nazarene College in Quincy, MA. I have experience working with individuals of all ages. I have worked as a crisis clinician in both hospital and community-based settings providing psychiatric emergency services to children, adults, and families. I also have experience working with families as well as individuals in an outpatient setting.

I believe in working with clients to utilize their strengths to help them face their challenges and achieve their goals. I realize how important it is to identify all aspects of an individual’s life that impact their well being including physical health, support systems, and work or school environment.

I utilize a variety of techniques including CBT, DBT, stress management, assertiveness training, mood management, and anxiety reduction.

I look forward to working with you!
