I’m Lizz (she/her/hers), a Masters’s level clinician with a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am also a Licensed Chemical Dependency Professional (LCDP). I have had the privilege of working with individuals struggling with co-occurring disorders such as: Substance use, Depression, Anxiety, among many others. I aspire to maintain a non-judgmental, honest, safe space that prioritizes equality and inclusion. I approach counseling through a lens of collaboration, compassion, and gratitude; implementing humanistic techniques to support your growth and healing.
